Peace out
The prices for Sunday Ticket are ridiculous. I really wish they would introduce packages that you can buy per division. So if we wanted JUST AFCE games that is all we would get.

It's really not. Comes out to about $20 a game.
$200? Meh, I spend less money and have more fun watching it at the bar, especially when I trek into Manhattan and watch it with DolFansNYC.
Meh. You might spend less than $200 for one game at the bar, but there is no way in hell you can watch all 16 games at a bar for under $200.

Since I'm in Denver I'm considering driving up to Boulder, have some student sign up for Sunday Ticket and give me the password info in exchange for a case of beer.
Meh, thanks to beer specials at $3-$4/beer at the bar I typically go to and the 2-3 beers I have per game, it's pretty easy actually. Of course, the couple of games a year I choose to watch at home (usually 3-4, though it used to be more when this team was worth watching) negate any of the times I go over that amount (the rare occasion I buy food or more beer). Do I need to do the math for you or can you handle it? Meh, I'll do it for you. Taking the high end of those averages and assuming I watch every single game at a bar: $4 x 3 beers x 16 games = $192. So, in that occasion, which never happens, I would go over $200, but only because I'm a very good tipper.
None of that accounts for the fun factor either. That comes free though.
Plus at the bar, you get to watch all the other games without having to change the channel. I see a lot of the bars in my area are starting to put tv screens at each table, which is a nice bonus. I am fortunate to get about half the Dolphins games on local TV, sometimes more. I like going to the bars anyways so it evens out pretty good for me. I like the atmosphere at the bars on Sundays, hanging out with other teams fans is always a good time. Though I do spend a little more than you on the brewskis and I typically get some wings.
